Centre of Gravity Reset — A Sensori-Motor Approach for Movement Restoration
- Standard HK$4,000/Level
- Early Bird HK$3,500/Level (ended 15 May 2026)
Course Overview
COG Reset teaches a systematic, evidence-based approach to assess & restore subconscious movement patterns controlled by the centre of gravity. The course bridges the gap between conventional exercise prescription & neuro-motor rehabilitation. Participants learn to identify ISA breathing-posture biases, & apply targeted manual releases and movement restoration exercises for the cranium, ribcage, pelvis, and feet.
Level 1 — 27–28 June 2026 (10:00am – 5:00pm)
Foundation Principles: Relationship between movement variability and COG shifting.
Restoration Exercise & Techniques: Explore effective movement restoration techniques focused on bilateral patterns and shifting the COG towards the side for grounding.
Level 2 — 18–19 July 2026 (10:00am – 5:00pm)
Prerequisite: completion of the Level 1 course.
Further Restoration Exercises & Techniques: Dive into exercises designated to shift the COG away from the side for complete grounding.
Cranial Mobilization & Neuro-Vision: Learn how to facilitate COG shifts using cranial techniques and vision integration.
Functional Training & Plyometrics: Enhance your skills with advanced training methods that incorporate plyometric exercises for improved performance.
