This intensive 4-day course empowers physiotherapists to bridge the gap between clinical rehab and high-performance training. Master evidence-based loading, physiological adaptations, and advanced gym-based programming to confidently transition patients from clinical setting to peak athletic function.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Transition from basic therapeutic exercise to high-level performance programming.
  2. Coach complex barbell and Olympic lifts with technical proficiency and safety.
  3. Analyze gait and change-of-direction mechanics to identify "energy leaks" and injury risks.
  4. Design comprehensive, periodized programs that account for fatigue, female physiology, and the developmental stages of young athletes.

  • Introduction to S&C for physiotherapist

  • Aerobic Training

Part 2 (2 Days):

  • Speed and Power Development
  • Plyometric Training
  • Gym Practical - Olympic Weightlifting
  • Field Practical - Change of Direction, Agility and Plyometric
  • Young Athlete and Female Athlete
  • Prevention of Injury and Communication with Coaches
  • Gait Analysis and Running Economy
